The middle one is a property marked M16A1 receiver, so that's pretty clear too.  The top one appears to be a commercial type (a lot of different models had receivers like that from what I can remember).  Probably from the period before the introduction of the 700 series, but after the first run of export models.  Early export models were roll stamped with their model number (like the 613, and I believe 614s were as well, for instance).  Seeing as your in the Philippines I might wager that it came off a 653 carbine or something similar.

Technically he's holding $750,000 in fines and a 30 year federal prison term if he were in the USA.

True, that is if I'm in the US AND these lowers are not registered!

BUT, fortunately there is an ongoing program by the R.P. Goverment for these to be registered via an Amnesty program. Cost of amnesty varies, about $100 to $300 equivalent conversion and depending on the type of firearm.

These lowers are already in the amnesty program, so completion of these to a firearm is another $$$$ in parts.

It depends, if you are working for the US but based here in our country, you may be well off and enjoy a bit of luxury. Since offshore work have lots of perks like additional allowances and tax exemptions....

I don't think there are any trains left here, probably a few.  Most of them are junked. I just wished we have a lot of them.

Yes.

The top one could be found on a 613, 614, or any 61X, 63X, or 64X shorty.

Without knowing more it is impossible to say for sure, but since you are in The Philippines, my guess is the top one is from most likely a 613 as these would have been export guns to your country as commerial/export versions of a M16A1 which you military used/uses as its infantry rifle.

Thanks for the input guys!

Got the chance to go to this site http://biggerhammer.net/ar15/variants/

Pretty cleared some of the lowers above. the above two might be from
614's or 653's.

By the way, I also have a mint 653P rifle. I'll post some pics of it if I can find one.

I'm still on the hunt for the elusive GM Hydramatic and the H&R!

Hmm, haven't tried that yet. As soon as I get my permit to carry it outside my residence, but that is just for the aluminum part. Barrels, springs, bcg and inner parts would definitely ring out.

Short answer, YES.

You now have to worry about Ground Penetrating Radar, which will paint a picture as you roll the sensor over ther area.

You may just have to dig real deep.

Do you own a Backhoe???

Actually is a lock nut rather than a split washer. Some units that I know came with an A2 FH so this would come in handy in keeping those A2 FH in their right orientation.
