I am curious to know if the description below is from a military M4 upper or a LE upper, or are they one in the same? Would this be current military issue?

Thanks

Markings; upper receiver M4, C AF, rail numbers, carry handle AB, barrel C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7 4/00, front sight F, bolt carrier C, bolt MPIC with line over I.

Markings and specs sound like what would be curent military issue, but but the civilian model numbers shown on the wrap I'd speculate that it's a commercially made piece.

I guess it's possible to be an LE piece, but there's really no way to know.

There is no difference between the two.

The upper is matcing and has the correct forge codes and bolt markings for the time period the barrel was made.
