Is there someone who makes a reproduction of these? Or does anyone know a source for an original?

I have tried searching on Google & Yahoo, but the results come back here to ARFCOM, with dead links.

You might be able to get away with just buying one of the three prong FHs DPMS makes and having someone trim it down to the duckbill profile on a lathe.

45Bravo e-mailed me saying he is about a couple of weeks away from completing a reproduction. He says when they get them done he will post in the EE, so I will be waiting for one of them.

The slots need to be opened up a bit and the bottom of the slots needs to be milled down a bit.

Does anbody remember who the guy was that was selling the Grenade retention bands (I think that's the name) in the EE, for the 601? Circled here in this picture.

I think his screen name is WillowDrifter. Haven't seen him post anything lately. He said once that he purchased some of those from www.sarcoinc.com . While they don't show them listed seperately, their website still has this item:

Maybe he was caught with a COC violation...... this site seems to kill smaller dealers with overexuberant advertising fees and penalizes those who don't pay them.
