What would a nice Colt SP1 large hole upper be worth?

I am talking about a complete upper with all Colt parts (barrel, bolt, bolt carrier) and triangle handguards.

I'm not looking to sell one.

$4-500 is what i would pay, might be able to get more tho. i see complete SP1's go for around $1000

i saw an sp1 complete lower tagged at $700 at a gun show. surprisingly, i dont think it sold
