Replaced the old RRA pistol tube with KAK, much better balance off hand .  This 5.7 has been flawless with FN and FiveSeven magazines.

That gun has 2 mags you must be able to shoot 80 rounds before reloading!    In all seriousness what is the round count on the upper?

The upper + lower is rather heavy, about 6 lbs for this light caliber.  Feels like shooting a .22 +P if such thing exists.  I only got about 300 rds through it, too expensive to shoot like a .22 LR toy.  Coolest thing ever is the brass just come out into the cut off magazine...leaves no trace behind

Glorified 22 magnum that's way more expensive than 22 magnum AND you can't reload it because to get it to work FN has to coat the cases with a polymer that can't be resized.

That cartridge was dead on arrival.

Yeah sure is expensive, but for now, you won't find a Magnum 22lr AR that works

Look at this as another range toy so feeding it would be no worse than any other AR15s @ 0.35/round.

While I get what you're saying, it's so extremely rare to find the ammo that purchases are easily tracked.
it's like 50bmg..

if someone starts seeing .50 holes in things, the authorities pretty much know who's doing it..

I don't think you can tell if a 40gr V-Max came out of a 5.7, 5.56, .221, .222, .22-250, .220, etc.

Far more than a .22 Magnum, shooting Elite Ammnition S4M, it clocks 2,600 fps out of my 5.7 pistol and 3,000+ out of my PS90.

And your comment on not being able to reload 5.7X28 is COMPLETELY WRONG!

You just need to know what you're doing.

Completely wrong?  HA!  You must have the patience of Job trying to reload that cartridge.

S4M is a fantastic round at $2 a piece.  28gr of fly killing power.  HA!

Considering it uses the same projectile as FN's SS198 which is a proven L.E. Round (but it's 400 fps slower) I think it does quite a bit better than killing flies.

And there are quite a few people reloading 5.7X28. And I stand by my statement you have to KNOW what you're doing!!!

I've reloaded for DECADES, my primary press is a Dillon RL1050 that I use to crank out over 1,000 rounds per hour of 9mm. But on the 5.7X28 I use a single stage press, one round at a time.

Ok, that's correct.  You do have the patience of Job.   Not into defeating Level III body armor with a pea shooter but I understand why some would.

Don't let the boys at Dillon know you're running a motor on that 1050.

Again, you need TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING when you are reloading!!!

1,000 rounds per hour is NOTHING on a Dillon RL1050.

One person running the press, another keeping the powder bin, the casing feeder, the primer tubes, and the bullet tray full.

My wife was into sub gun competition several years ago, we would load 20,000 rounds in a weekend.

Why would they care? 1050 is a commercial model, no lifetime warranty. I have a Dillon 550.
