Assuming it has carbine length gas (which 95% of 10.5" barrels are) and and it uses the milspec delta ring/handguard cap construction, yeah. If you're gonna do a free float with low profile gas block, more length options are available.

but if you really feel the need to stay in the 10.5 world, the DD MK18 rail is the way to go

ETA I misread the question.  for a 10.5" barrel, 9.5" is the way to go for your rail.  Danny Defense makes some great ones, along with geissele, noveske, and I think fortis has a 9.5ish option.  I may be wrong though...

I used a 10.5" barrel on a build. For that, I believe I used a 9" Seekins BAR handguard. The back of the brake is in to the HG a little. I used a Vortex brake though, so if you want something like the fireball throwers people use, you'll need a longer HG for that 'look.'
