Im building an AR's pistol here is my question

So for the pistol my use is gonna be short range with a sig shooting brace and Eotech or aimpoint that im sure on.
I m gonna piston drive it with an adams arms kit. Im sure on that too.
What im not sure on is barrel??
I want to suppress it as well so iv decided i need the barrel length between 10 - 12 inches.
I want to be able to hit like a 4x4 inch plate at 200 yards I also what a barrel that will be durable easy to clean and with stand some high use and minimal cleaning but hold accuracy mentioned above.  I might mag dump couple times or have a higher rate and run it hot and maybe put like 5 k through its life but want to keep the accuracy as mentioned above at 200 yards.
So what brand should i go with please list good makers that fit above discription? Iv been looking at rainer arms,  AR performance, WOA, wilson, ice arms, noveske.
Trying to also decide between Stainless 416 or 410  also or 4150 Cromelined extra thick or nitride barrel ????? Tell me why you prefer one over the other or what would work best in my application???
i don't want cheap but my MAX MAX budget is 300.

DD, BCM, Noveske, Brownells, anything from ADCO, Rainier, etc etc etc. IMO just scan the forum for awhile, you will find dozens of these exact same threads.

Also this is not a fast food place. Just because you post, doesn't mean we are all here to serve you. Patience is a key, and using the search function will probably get you your answers a whole lot faster.

Honestly, you should have no issue hitting a 4x4 plate at 200 yards. You really shouldn't have an issue hitting a 4x4 plate at 300 or 400 yards either if you are capable of it as a shooter with a 10-12in barrel. 200 yard hits on a popper using a RDS is cake with practice, and a lot of money to spend on ammo for it.

I have a 12" CHF 1/7 ( P.S.A) barreled 5.56 that is as accurate as I am capable of being out to 200 yards. I have not tested this weapon beyond 200 yards but I am sure that "pie plates" would be no problem at 300 yards

It does get a bit frustrating but don't let it get to you.

People are more reserved so as to offer more valid input & let others with more knowledge answer first.
