I was wondering if any of you with direct orders through Phase 5 have had luck getting your orders in a timely fashion. I ordered a pistol buffer, a b.a.d. lever, and a trigger guard from them several weeks back and haven't heard anything since. I know it's been a busy time for all these companies lately, so I am asking about the shipping times here out of curiosity instead of continuosly bombarding them with phone calls and emails(which would go unanswered anyway). I have been patient on other AR orders, but the whole pistol build is just going to be temporary while waiting on a tax stamp. I am not in panic mode, but now that my upper(s) have since been ordered and are already here it would be nice to know how long the wait will be. My order reference number is 292xx if you are comparing. Thanks

Thanks I ordered my Complete Pistol Buffer Tube Assembly (PBT-CA) February 18th, order reference number is 283xx and back then when I ordered it, the website shows "allow 1 week for item to ship" and now its going 2.5 weeks and still have not received any tracking #. I called Phase 5 2 days ago (Monday) and they told me that its going out this Friday and I should get it early next week... we'll see 
This is the only part I'm waiting for my AR pistol build

I'm at 286xx and I placed on feb 21, so I'd say your several weeks is a little flawed. 21 feb was 2 days before they went to a estimated 2-4 week shipping so I'm expecting atleast 4 weeks, your going to be in the same boat. You are right. I got my order confirmation on the 27th, but I never saw anything on their site saying 2-4 weeks. I should have checked the date before posting but didn't. And, it just seems like it's been an eternity after some of the waits I have endured lately. Thanks for the response. |

I ordered 2 days before it went to 2-4 weeks also so I'm glad to here this! Also, it is my only part left as well!!! lol |

| Man, it's great that you guys are posting as you receive your orders since Phase 5 will not answer my email from 3/05. Thanks, and I will do the same when my 3 piece order from 2/27/2013 gets delivered. I will also try to remember to post when the confirmation comes. |
| I got my order yesterday that I had made on Feb 11th. There was another recent thread with some posts about Phase 5 tactical. After posting in that thread I sent them an email querying my order. The next day I got shipping notification but they never answered my query email. So for me it took exactly one month from order to receipt. Some other posters had received their orders quicker than I did but it's all okay. I understand the delays. |
Still waiting  ... my tracking number shows its in Elk Grove, IL (I live in Newburgh, IN)... and its weird because USPS has this update since yesterday (monday) and normally I'll see "out for delivery" for today... i just hope the package shows up today.

I received mine 2 days ago... i originally ordered it 2/18 and it took them almost a month to get mine delivered. Other than the long wait... the product looks nice.

| My order was placed on February 27th and a few minutes ago I got a shipping confirmation. My order is 292xx. I was thinking after reading the posts above it would be at least another week or so, but they made my day. I'm ready to shoot that thing! Also, I noticed they ship USPS instead of UPS just for the posters that are still waiting for word, or at least they did with my order. I can't remember if there was a choice since it's been a while. |

Ordered on 3/11, and got mine today. Unfortunately the buffer moved around in the packaging, and it scratched up the bottom of the buffer tube :( Mine also moved and chipped the side, little upsetting since they a;ready compartmentalize everything else in the packaging... Oh well good price and good buffer. |
