| Not sure where to start but I placed an order September 17 and was told 4-8 week wait and then added an additional 4 weeks to make a total of 90 days that has also slipped again. I was told anodizing before Christmas and now emails are no longer being responded. Just for the record I even opted to skip this process but was denied. I placed this order before the ban chaos and for it to just go cold like this is unacceptable. Take my money in full and then take your sweet ass time sending me a lower? Seems like in 2011 they moved and apologized to folks due to the move, employment and machinery that they got back logged, what's the excuse now? I have no problem waiting, hell I've waited years to receive a custom gun but don't just stop responding or informing us of our orders. Don't know how much longer I'll wait before pulling the plug and I'm sure they don't give a rat's ass if I do because there's someone next in line. Companies like this need to remember it's customers they depend on and should treat them a little better. |

Welcome to the club. Lots of other threads on this site with people bitching about DDLES, I placed my order on Sep 18th and was told I'd have it in 2 weeks  . Just a sample of what I am talking about below.

Waited this long and received the wrong lower. Emails back and fourth with Jon explaining I'm interested in a Glock lower and told him I'm placing an order as we speak. I accidentally order a Colt lower and I would of hoped that Jon would of caught my mistake but not so. All the frustration with the delay I never bothered looking at the invoice until he decided to ship on Monday. I noticed Colt lower and was bummed out after 5 months of wait time, o well fcuk it at least I got a 9mm lower. No Colt mags except high cap Glock mags. I gotta give Mike props for being the messenger since Jon decided not return calls nor emails any longer. Will I ever purchase another DDLES product, yes. Would I ever prepay DDLES again, HELL •••• NO!
