The strap wrench wouldn't help, as the suppressor is completely seated on the shoulder. The problem is the travel of the locking ring that holds the suppressor in place as the QD feature and keeps it from loosening. I need to e able to click the ring into he next slot on the suppressor and can't get to it.
I used a Del-Ton .750 gas block, and wil probably step up to an adjustable gas block, as is recommended by Core 15, because it does not always cycle with Supersonic rounds unsuppressed. It cycles everything suppressed, but supers don't cycle unsuppressed, and I haven't wasted any subsonics unsuppressed so I don't know what they'll do. |
