| Well I am finishing off my 11.5 ar pistol build. Adding the 10" midwest industries 10" T free float hand guard and am tossed up between these 2 BUIS. First is the set of flip up front and rear ones from midwest industries (like the front sight the most as to it kinda has the 416 hood look) or a set from magpul. I have not found any pics with the magpul ones installed-only the drawing on their web page. Any input between these 2 would be great. As money permits a aim point, eotech, or trig reflex sight will be added later. |
| Head to your local shop and try to play with some Magpul sights. They deploy faster and easier than you would expect. I think they look a little ugly, but they work great and they're super light. I'm sure you'd be happy. If not, sell it on here and you could make your money back. |
| I wish my local shop had stuff like this but they don't. I live in the north woods aka middle of no where just about where you're lucky to see any thing more than what comes from the factory on a AR. Thanks for the info on the magpul sights. Only ones I've seen have been on their site which is just the scematic type drawing. |
