Did some searching but couldn't come up with anything...

Out of the short pistol barrels or SBR's for that matter, don't you have issues with getting a bullet to stabilize.
For example, the DPMS Kitty Kat is a 1:9 twist, so with the 7" barrel, seems like you would not get much spin to stabilize.
Or am I just missing something?

I think it depends on the weight of the bullet, lighter bullets should stabalize fine. not? Good question

True. I am sure lighter weight bullets would stabilize easier.
Just wondering if this isn't something that has been run into by ARFCOMers already?????

I don't know the science behind it, but I know you don't need a full rotation for stabilization. Think about a quarterback throwing a ball. He probably only gives the ball a half of a spin while it's in his hands and they fly just fine.

Fins.  We need little pop-out fins, like a TOW missile.  Just saying.

I don't consider my pistol a range toy.

Barnes 62gr TSX recovered at 50 yards from a 7.5" barrel.  M855 will defeat soft body armor with a 7.5" barrel.  They do tend to tumble after defeating body armor.

Some velocity info.

Nice! Hate to be on the wrong end of your pistol!
I think maybe I need to add to my original post....
I did not intend this to be a pistols are silly thread.
Actually, I am playing with one myself. It does tend to keyhole some of the rounds, and was just wondering if others deal with this.
Apparently lifeofahero doesn't!
Anyone else?

Interesting.  Good to know since that is what I have loaded in my Concussion pistol
