How do you bump fire??? I have a pistol and that looks like fun. I just can't figure out how to do it......

How exactly does that work? Was that his thumb on the trigger? And I'm assuming that was a semi and the recoil/resitance action causes some kind of psuedo auto kinda thing. ???

I've seen the "Hell Fire" and "Hell Storm" system's and they look like junk to me. Is this what is used? Or is there a technique to pulling it off without one of those??
