So I'm putting together my first 300. I have a CBC upper with 16" barrel and pistol length gas system. I am ready to order the BCG. It looks like Palmetto State has a good deal on their BCGs and am leaning that way. However the YELP ratings on PSA appear to be terrible especially with regards to shipping. Anybody here have bad experience with them?

Well I placed an order from PSA for a blem BCG for $69.99 on February 14th. Order shipped and I received tracking info on the 15th. BCG arrived at my PO on the 17th. It looks great and can't determine what causes it to be a blem. Long story short PSA delivered quickly with no issues. Next up back up sights.

My first choice for budget BCGs is AIM Surplus, great selection and free shipping.

A Toolcraft bolt is always a good bet if the price is right.

I'm also running a PSA premium 5.56, 7.62x39 & 9mm hybrid BCG, no issues. PSA always runs great sales so don't buy at list price. Never had any spacing issues running a RRA or AIM BCG in a PSA upper.

One reason I lean towards AIM is that 7.62x39 is hard on those thin walled bolts, AIM has a good rep for those. If their 7.62x39s are good, they all should be good.
