DTECH , MikeMillie, builds custom uppers, I have one BTW, that are nice using Shilen blanks. Not cheap and really withe the lack of ammunition you are going to have to reload. Performance wise it gives nothing that a 204 or a 20 PRACTICAL can do. I believe if you must buy factory the 204 is the ticket. If you reload the thinking man will go PRACTICAL for the cheap brass and more available dies than the TAC. If you need a builder for a PRAC or 204 let me know. I shoot all three so I think I have a handle on this one. Greg |
