Hey guys I just build a SPR (223) rifle and snagged a Seekins 308. Looking for some decent glass recommendations for each.
I have a Vortex Viper PST 2.5-10x44, but I am not liking the 44mm objective... So I will probably sell it. Anyway... There is a ton of decent deals in the EE just curious as to what you all thought would be nice fits on either or! Even if I can not find something used, I can always just pick it up new. |

I am diggin my Leupold Mark AR Mod 1 3-9x40 Firedot TMR as a SPR-type optic. Good glass, GREAT reticle and illumination, with turrets that match the reticle. It's not FFP, but I don't feel the need with that power range... if it's set on anything less than 9x, it is to take a shot inside battlesight zero range, where mils are not needed.
For the .308, I guess it depends on what role you have in mind for it. |

I got it at the right price and to pass it up would have been a mistake. So in all honesty, I bought without even giving what I would use it for a thought. |
