So I have a Luth-AR MBA-1 stock on a 5.56 platform. I want to use it on a 6.5 Creedmoor build I am doing. I know I need a different buffer and spring, but can I still use the tube that came with the stock?

Yes you just need a DPMS LR 308 pattern rifle buffer and spring.
