| When properly installed either will work well. The clamp on is easy to install, adjust and remove. That's an advantage to a DIY guy who doesn't have lots of tools, experience, and time. If you or your gunsmith take the time to dimple the barrel and properly install the solid block it's likely to be the more "bulletproof" choice. I've used both and haven't had a problem with either. |
