So I just received my matched billet MATEN megalithic receiver set identical to the one pictured (sorry, but it was easier to just use an Internet pic).  I'm looking for suggestions/help deciding on the components.  I am going with a 16" barrel for versatility/portability.  I'm leaning towards going with the Mega 16" barrel but open to suggestions.  I would like to keep the weight down as much as possible.  I'm going to use an adjustable gas block (probably Syrac Gen 2 because I like the one I used on my Mega 5.56 build).  The rest including barrel manufacturer is up for debate.  BCG, stock, buffer, trigger, optic, ect.  Please, by all means, CHIME ON IN!!

If I was building on that set, I would probably use a BHW with all sorts of custom fluting.

I have only shot a .223 wylde of theirs, but it was very accurate and had some sweet fluting too, . I have heard nothing but great things for their other calibers as well, plus I think they are the makers of the rainier barrels. If I was custom building, or re barreling my AR thats who I would be using.
