I never post, but I had to share.  Sent my Armalite AR-10 carbine upper to the factory to install a free float hand guard.  I had tried to remove the barrel nut, but given my primitive tools, was uncomfortable dong so.  They had quoted me a nominal fee to do it, so I said "why not".  A week after they received it, they informed me that they would be shipping it back with the new hand guard installed.  Free of charge!  From what I can tell, they had determined that the barrel nut was "stuck".  So the service was free, and they shipped it back to me on their dime.  NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!  And I'm getting it back quicker than most of our local guys could do.

I was already a fan.  The carbine shoots better than 2 MOA if I do my part (probably would shoot better if I were better) , and runs like a top .  I mean it shoots whatever I feed it, and never complains, never a hiccup.

This is what I call good old standing by your product and offering excellent customer service.  They could have just charged me, and I never would have known the difference.

Oh! and they always answer their phones, and will respond to your emails on the same day!  That's all I have to say.

They were great when I needed it.

If you hand load, you can probably get much better than 2moa.

I had a great experience when they fixed my AR-10T. Fast work, problem solved and the rifle came back looking a lot better than when it got there.
