I have a Mega MaTen upper/ower set and i am wondering if i can build this to be a 338 win mag / federal / lapua. Are there parts for this type of build and if so can someone direct me to where i would find them.

Thanks It's not long enough for those cartridges, it will accept .308 Winchester length cartridges or shorter. ETA: That should read: 'It's not long enough for the .338 Mag or Lapua Mag.' well i got onto Federals website and after looking at the ballistics its actually not worth it to do a 338 federal, the 308 has better ballistics It really depends on the purpose of the build. Up to 300 yards the .338 federal will pack more of punch than 308. |
