Looking to make my 1st attempt at assembling this variant.
I admit I am fairly new to this platform but I am good with my hands.
When it's done I hope to have an accurate long range bench top shooter. I'll never be able to see that far but it will be nice to have a stick capable of reaching out there.
Cost does influence my choices to some degree but I want to try to put money where I think it will be best served.

I have my stripped upper & lower & will research parts for the lower later. I want to finish the upper 1st.
I have selected a DEZ Arms barrel.
Twister

I am now looking at LP gas block assemblies or separate parts.
This complete assembly caught my eye.
Wilson Combat
The question is will the 1/1000th difference in the diameter be an issue?
Barrel spec is 0.936, gas block spec is 0.937.
The plan is to use a quad rail long enough to extend just past the gas block.
If you have suggestions for the rail & barrel nut to accomplish this that would help.

Thank you all for any advice you can offer.

you need to know which your upper is....high profile or low profile and then look for your choices from there.
