Hello, Does changing buffers and buffer springs have an affect on accuracy?

Accuracy? No... Reliabilty? Yes... Some may say heavier springs and buffer may increase lock time by fractions of miliseconds but it will have no measurable difference in accuracy. If you are not having reliabilty issues then don't change them out.

I have a DPMS LR308B, I just installed one of these buffer / spring set up from Here:

http://heavybuffers.com/products.html

Although with the buffer / spring kit and the brake i have, the recoil is GONE. I did notice a change in accuracy w/ the ammo I was using. I shoot this ammo often in the past and had an idea how the rifle shot with it.

As in better accuracy, or worse accuracy??

It is worse now than it ever has been. It shot 1/2moa with my handloads and one and a half  to two inches with most surplus ammo. I think the barrel nut has come loose. I can turn the hand guard and it stops at the gas tube.  What could have caused this to happen? Could the additional lock time of the bolt due to the heavy buffer and spring cause excessive pressure and allow the barrel nut to come loose? Can the barrel nut jump threads? I'm sorry if that sounds like a dumb question but I've never encountered this before. I've had this rifle for about 4 years and the only time he barrel was off was last fall when I had a Mikulek brake installed. It operated flawlessly until I installed the heavy buffer/ spring.
