Hey all,
I've been looking at the Armalite AR30 in .308 lately and was wonering if anyone has tried it out? 1700-2100 for the rifle seems pretty over the top when I could build a great .308 precision rifle out of a rem 700 for the same cost. |

Trigger pull isn't the greatest and it is kind of picky about what ammo it likes. With the muzzle brake, yuu can shoot it all day and not feel beat upon.
Guess they have gone up quite a bit since i bought mine. With the right ammo, it can shoot very well. If I had to do it again, I would just build up a Rem 700 or Savage with a good barrel and thumbhole stock. |
