I have ;looked all over and googled it and I am trying to figure out why these things are so expensive. I was looking at making one but I have no idea what I am looking for and I have no idea how to fill it in. got any ideas where to start?  BTW I am getting a CMMG 308.

Would this be the best for a beginner?

Are you shooting tactical or service rifle?

None are cheap and this one is about as good as the others. You can follow along once you get one in your hands.

made in the USA and high quality print paper with good binding material makes it worth $25 to me. This isnt a spiral notebook you find at Wallyworld for $3. You get what you pay for.

If its just for hobby use a spiral notebook works fine.

I've seen plenty of Olympic shooters use a simple 3 ring binder. I know one that keeps all his data in an iPad..

It's just a place for you to keep data that is important to you.
