I want this upper for my .308 build here
Questions 1. is Fulton GTG? 2. What rails will this upper accept? DPMS? or Armalite? |

Fulton is good stuff. I have an A4 308 upper of theirs, fits great on my DPMS lower.
One thing I would check with fulton is what height the upper rail is at. This is important if you are wanting to put a railed forearm on the gun. The main reason I went with Fulton for my upper was because the upper rail is a little taller than the DPMS A4 upper making it flush with the Daniel Defense rail I use. At some point a few years back DPMS decided to lower the rail height on their 308 uppers for whatever stupid reason, probably to get you to buy their rails. I think some companies are starting to make rails that match up with DPMS uppers (Troy I know is one). |

Pretty sure DD only makes one rail (series) that is compatible with DPMS 308's. It is the 7.62 lite rail. Here is a link:

Again, this is for the A3/A4 style uppers but I would make sure the side charging handle has the same height as their A4: http://762ar.com/general/dpms-308-a3-receiver-height/ Pretty sure Larue does not make a DPMS compatible rail anymore. |
