Last year (Oct 10) I received a 24" LAR-8 as a college graduation gift. At that time, I took it out with some M118LR and shot a .55" group. This weekend, I shot some handloads I had worked-up for my M-14 and shot a .40" group. The rifle is amazingly accurate! Average groups range from .75" to 1.25" with most groups right around .75". Yes the lar is veryaccurate!My carbine lar8 shoots moa with surplus dag!I think it is the most accurate7.62x51 ar on the market rifle or carbine! They will shoot tight groups all day long.
