Check out Rainier Arms. They sell 308 uppers, 308 barrels and bolt carrier groups. Rainier Arms will even check the head space ibefore they send it out f you buy both the barrel and BCG from them. When installing a barrel in a Mega upper you need a DPMS Panther Claw 308 to hold it in a vice. Rainier has all of the above.
All you would need is a torque wrench which you can buy, use once and return it 
Once I compared the prices of building my own ... I will never buy a fully assembled weapon again. They are just over priced in comparison to putting it together yourself. |
