[ARCHIVED THREAD] - which barrel?

I'm doing a 308 build and have yet to decide which barrel. I'm looking for an 18" heavy but not bull or varmint profile. I'm considering SI-Defence, Fulton Armory, Black Hole, Rainier, and Citadel. This will just be a shooter, not hunting deers or tangos. I have a SS10x42 going on it and likely some sort of BUIS too. Please help.
