I'm thinking of picking up a RRA Predator HP and have questions-

Does anyone know if the Predator can use a M4/collapsible style butstock?

also, how does this compare to other brands? does anyone have experience with RRA?

The RRA are good to go...If you are referring to this RRA Predator Pursuit it comes with standard A2 buffer tube.

If you get this rifle you will need to replace the buffer tube it or see if it can be changed to CAR stock when ordered.

I think he talking about the 308. http://rockriverarms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_id=402

Sorry OP I don't know.  I don't think I've seen one with a CAR Stock.  I think they sell a Magpul PSR for 308 AR.

A buddy just put a M-4 style six position collapsible stock on his 308 20" A-4.  You need a stock made for the 308 RRA as they are different than the 5.56.  The 308 model uses a different buffer, spring  and buffer tube than the 5.56 m-4 collapsible stock.
