Bump for answer. I've been very much interested in the Enidine buffer to be used in conjunction with my new UBR stock.

a slash bufferr sounds good but are they any better then the enidine? It seems the enidine would help more with recoil, and softening so the rifle would have reduced wear.

What's so brutal on a tac 20 that you need a rack&pinion suspension kit?

never said it was brutal. I havent even shot it yet. I just want to finish it out right the first time instead of trying things out for a year until I figure out what I want to stay with. It what I want period. Im not gonna get into a what is better debate i jsut want to know the correct size.

btw I have an enidine on my 7.62x39 and it works good.

If you have an Armalite AR-10 tube, then you can use a regular size carbine buffer, but use a heavy one.  You will also need a large frame AR specific buffer spring.
