Just visited the LMT site to see if there were any updates on the availability of the new .308. Has anyone heard any updates. Last I heard was June....and it's June.
I was also surprised to see the MSRP jump up to $2797 and $3333. I can't say that I am as interested in it as I was at the $2500. Wonder why they increased? |

IBTM Some people got the first shipment in April. The rest of us got bumped for the MoD. Hopefully the end of this month.

This is in the wrong forum Now its not. I have my scope,mags,ammo,bi-pod,I got my LT mount yesterday now I need my rifle. There are some targets that need ventilated. I here you. I have been buying stuff for months now. I think I have more 308 pmags than I really need but they are cheap.

All i have to do is take a couple shitty pics and she comes down and does her magic. She is a very good photographer. |

I was originally looking for a RRA .308 with no luck at all (I wanted to use all those FAL mags I own). People around me were getting more than MSRP for them. I am so glad I waited. This rifle is superior in every conceivable way to any AR-style .308 I've ever handled (No, I haven't shot, nor could I afford, a KAC). Now for a scope . . . Suggestions? The obvious always come to mind; Leupold Mark 4, ACOG. But I really need to keep my purchase to about a grand - including mount. I know it will end up with high-end glass, but I've purchased 2 guns this week and I'm buying a deuce and a half next week (Independence Day parade truck). So, I'm looking for something to use while I get used to this rifle and then move it to another gun in a few months. |
