Is the bolt/bbl ext basically the same between the AR-10 and DPMS LR?
I need a bbl ext wrench for a 338 Federal on a DPMS upper. Thanks |

The are dimensionally the same. The only difference I have ever heard any one even speculate about is the flange being slightly thicker on one. Like a couple thousands.
Without getting into the why in the heck you would want to, a barrel extension wrench for one would work on the other. |

I thought the same wrench would work but just wasn't sure. |
