| Im wanting to build a 243 wssm upper, Im trying to find where I can by the BCG, Barrel and what else do I need to complete the build? any advice would be great thanks |
| Components are not available. Olympic Arms has patents on the parts and is the only manufacturer. Dtech is the only one I have ever heard of who has been able to get the WSSM components from Olympic. The upper, barrel extension, and bolt are all different from standard AR parts. |

Obviously it's a bit more expensive to plink with compared to 556/223, but I got it for a couple places where I hunt over fields and powerlines for pigs/deer. My only requirement was that I wanted a mid caliber round that fired a 100 grain projectile at or above 3,000 fps, and I got it! I also got some 80grn Barnes TTSX bullets to play with. Should be some seriously nasty rounds for the hogs I plan on hunting them with... |
