New here so be patient please . I just purchased a DPMS ar 10, lr308c, I need advice on a ranging scope & a starting load Ill be using 168 sierras I hope ( considering they will shoot ) Any helpful hints will be appreciated also.What accuracy will this particular gun produce.

I use 168 SMK over 41.5 gr IMR4895, WLR primer in Lake City brass. Others have good luck with 42-44 gr Varget.

44grn Varget w/ 168grn A-Max was a fantastic load in my LR 24 inch.

A DPMS in 308 is not an AR10. AR10's are made by Armalite.
