[ARCHIVED THREAD] - POF 308 Lower generations

I recently bought a POF 308 lower. How do you determine if it is a Gen I, II or III? What were the differences between the generations?

I am probably wrong but I believe the POF 308 lowers are all gen 3.
Gen1 - ar15 forged lowers like most others
Gen2 - Milled lowers with larger trigger guard
Gen3 - Gen 2 plus Ambi bolt stop release
I'm sure I probably missed something.

So you think the Gen I, II, III only applies to the Ar15 lowers? That could be, because the 308 has all the features you mention.
