I am about to buy some bullets for my 458 SOCOM. I plan to get either 300 or 405 grain Remington bullets. Is the cannelure on either (or both) bullets in the right location for the 458's SOCOM's overall length?

They have two, which the closest to the nose works.

Get Both of Course. I prefer the 300's for general plinking around.

My vote is for H110 with the 405's.
also, I'm using IMR 3031 with the 300's and like it. (maybe 'cuse I had a bunch laying around for my 6 mm:>)
