I dont have them all but I can give you a run down of the more popular ones as best I can

I will break them down into No Mag Modification and mag modification/Properitary Mag (whether its a little bit or alot its going here as it may require some tweaking)

NO Mag mods (aka uses standard mil spec mag)
458 SOCOM
300 Whisper
204 Ruger
20 Tactical

Some Mag modification in some way shape or form/Dedicated Mag:
6.5 Grendel
6.8 SPC
762x39
50 Beowulf
450 Bushmaster
38 Spectre (? on the mag)
330 HRT

338 Spectre uses 6.8 mags.  Same with 30HRT, (6.8 necked up to 30 cal).

You might be able to pull off a 50BMG upper with out mods to the lower.  Usually you need to remove the bolt catch and use heavier trigger spring.

In 9mm you can get mag blocks that drop in from the top and don't need to modify the lower.  If you have a ramped 9mm bolt carrier, you can usually use any hammer you like.

I had a 40S&W upper with modified UZI magazines.  They had a block like piece welded on, and there were no mods to the lower.

6.5MPC is also available.  And other a few other whispers.  Marty has a 7.62 Tok upper running.  Mag block needed there too.

And the obvious one:  .22LR
