If a person were building a 7.62x39 upper would he use a stardard upper or an M4 upper and why?

I have a Colt upper and it has rifle feed ramps and it worked 100% with lo-cap 7.62x39 mags and the frakenmags. I now have an AR47 lower that feeds from AK47 mags and both the rifle and M4 feedramps HAD to be opened up to feed properly.

Typically 7.62x39 AR mags allow some degree of tip drop, feed ramps are a must in my book.
