A good friend of mine recently inherited a Knight's Stoner SR-25 Match(?),serial number is 2400X.We were in the process of relocating someone when he showed it to me,so I didn't get a chance to really give it a good look, but here is what I remember.

Excellent condition,possibly unfired,has (I think I remember) some sort of knurled aluminum free-floated handguard,and is a flattop.

He is thinking of selling it,but has no idea of where to start as far as price. Can anyone give me some idea what this rifle is worth?

Thanks in advance...

Look around on gunbroker or guns america or sturmgwehr to see what the going re sale is for your model.

The best place to look/sell is:

I sold mine a about 6 months ago, with a few extras for 3200.  But I havent been following the market since then.  But a decent shape SR should get between 3k and 3500.  The more extras, the more you can add to the price.

also realize, there is a very finite market for these.  It took 3 weeks on the boards to sell mine.
