I have an IOR 2.5-10 x42mm scope, and I need to mount it on a flat top SASS. I have Lopy rings, but they are too low. I am gonna take off the BUIS, so thats not an issue. I want to keep it low, and I see a lot of super high rings, higher than necessary. I was thinking Arms 22M rings, I think they will be good by my calculations, but I am sure someone knows the story better than my math.

is your .308 flattop higher than a .223 flattop? measure from the top of the rear of the lower to the rail, because the charging handle is up higher on the .308s.
