[ARCHIVED THREAD] - DPMS Pistol Grip Question?

I recently purchased a DPMS AP4 and wanted to upgrade the pistol grip. I installed a Tango Down but the safety would not engage so I swicthed back to the original grip. Does anyone have any ideas on grips that will work on the AP4? Thanks for any info.

The Magpul Miad will work on the AP4.

I had the same problem with Hogue grip. I used a round stencil and a sharp hobby knife to trim the grip around the safety.
