| To anyone who has one...The good, the bad, the ugly, please. Am looking to purchase a 308 in either the Pather or Rock River brand. Thanks in advance. |

Why not do a search or go back and read old threads on the LR? I own two...a 18" and a 24" SS model. I just took pictures of my 18" and you can see how it has changed since I first bought it from DPMS....I would highly recommend the DPMS LR...shoots as good as my bolt action rifles. As far as the RRA LAR10...It would be pretty tough to comment on that rifle, seeing how it has not been offered yet. The dude from RRA posts, so I'd say go ask him. I really wish RRA well in the LAR10. I hope that they get the issues resolved with the design. That way DPMS and RRA will both offer reasonable 308 ARs. |

Yep. The upper with the forward assist and dust cover is a must. We've got 18 of those rifles and they all shoot MOA all the way out to 1100 yards. Probably better than that, actually, if you take out the human factor. Early problems with some feeding, but once they were broken in it settled down. |
