This was the first time I attempted to really clean my Beowulf rather than the OLE BORE SNAKE routine.

So I see a need for the following: bronze and nylon bore brush, bore guide with solvent port, bore mop and patches... can anyone direct me to a place/vendor to buy these?

Thanks-

A 20 gauge bore brush on a shotgun rod works perfectly. Just let the rod rotate freely as you push it through. You can make a bore guide from a thread spool and drill a hole for a solvent port or bore out an .223 AR bore guide. Use a 20 or 28 gauge bore mop if desired and any gauge shotgun- except .410- patches and you'll be set. The OTIS rig from AA is nice, but this way you save money for AMMO!

pro shot makes bronze brushes in standard rifle thread
so you don't need to buy any new rods
