Anyone have any experience with 204 Ruger load data in a AR?

I have had good luck with 27.0gr of 10X or 29gr of AA2520, behind a 33gr Hornady bullet.

Tony: Thanks for the data. Do you know of any source for brass other than Ebay? Hornady tells me there is such a demand for the loaded ammo that they won't have brass available till sometime next year.

As far as I know there is no source for brass. For the guys that reload, I normally recommend going with the Tactical 20 for this reason.

You can fire form your own 222 Rem Mag for the .204, but that takes wasting a shot on each case. Huntingtons has 222 Rem Mag brass.
