I'm using a Geiselle Super Gas Block with a MI MLOK Handguard (Gen 2) Gas block was pinned and I'm pretty proud of myself for doing it right.
I wanna say the clearance is a little more than 1/32. A business card does slide through just barely. I can also see light from the muzzle end when a light is shined through the mlok slots of the rail. Do you think it would have any issues while shooting? Worst case scenerio I've been looking for an excuse to upgrade my rail. Edited Because I'm stupid

I don't think it would cause any mechanical/function issues.
I was wondering about the overall accuracy/precision. Basically if it's touching the free floating is gone. But it is still nowhere as bad as having a 2 piece hand guard attached to the gas block/delta ring. If I grab the barrel and pull down ward, the hand guard flexes and touches the gas block. I haven't been able to do this off of a barricade rest though. I'm debating on using a file myself, or just upgrading my free float handguard.
What kills me is MI came out with the Gen 3 a month after I got my Gen 2 MLOK. I bet it would be a loss on the EE either way. |

You need to learn fractions So I wanna say its somewhere between 1/32, and 3/64" of a gap |
