| Been really interested in getting one but haven't seen one in person. Any one out there have one. Any feedback would help. |
| Overall fit and finish. Would I have to use gloves when shooting because it gets almost as hot as the barrel or does it have enough clearance to vent the heat. Or if I put a mlok rail is the tnut gonna need modified to keep from digging in the barrel. How hard was it to install and are you happy with the product. |

The clearance should be fine, I think the only area that you couldn't get an mlok rail/accessory installed is the last 1.5 slots on top closest to the receiver, only because the gas tube is right there on the last slot and the bend is halfway through the next one. Otherwise, you should be able to load it up with whatever attachments everywhere else just fine. Took all of 5 minutes to install for me. |

They are probably the best value out there. They look good, are functional and are a breeze to install. You don't need a torque wrench but I used one (kind rigged it up) for my last two installs just to see what the actual value was. Both times it was right at 50#. Exactly in the middle, perfect. The shim system saves a tremendous amount of potential frustration. -Stooxie |

I recently installed one on a new build. Fit and finish are excellent. Slim and light weight. Overall I'm impressed.
The supplied barrel nut wrench is a POS. I get the idea behind the proper torque and their "hash marks" but honestly its a POS. Threw it in the garbage and finished with a tried and true armorer's wrench. |

I didn't have a single issue with mine and don't see how one COULD have a problem with it. It was a nice change of pace after using shitty wrenches from Daniel Defense, Aero, etc. |

Guess I'll be that guy... me personally didnt care to much for it, the rail was too skinny and the texture of it was meh it made me want/have to wear gloves plus the whole shim install setup was a pita with the upper and lower i used. It took a few tries to get it so I could have the upper fold down without hitting the lower. Yrmv Other then that for the price it's a good solid rail. |

ALG EMR V3 here. The install was a breeze with the provided wrench and shims, the barrel nut is impressive and sturdy. Fit and finish was amazing for the price I paid ~$100.
I had zero issues with mine, but I have since sold it to fund another build which is sporting a Geissele MK8 For the price, you'd be hard pressed to find anything near the quality...great value with this one. |

I have a 10inch v1 mlok. Greak rail.
Install- easy and the barrel nut mount interface seems crazy strong. Width- I actually find the diameter perfect. The v1 is smooth all around so it is very comfortable for wrapping your whole hand around the rail Weight- The v1 is very light. Once you start adding rails the weight goes way up though. If you have all sorts of do-dads hanging on your gun you might consider a quad rail like the Centurion C4 (15oz 12"). I use my ALG on a hunting rifle so it didn't need a lot of crap hanging off of it. |

[...]The included wrench works great. I know someone said it is a POS. I found it worked excellent. This is true. The included wrench mated perfectly to the barrel nut and there was no possible way to screw up installation as there is plenty of "meat" to grab onto. It's also unique how ALG designed it to be used with a 3/4" cheater bar for the final torque-down...it's about as simple and precise as you can get without the use of a torque wrench IMO. |

I put a V3 on the wife's 16" middy -- impressed with the fit/finish and level of engineering that went into the design. I particularly like the wrench/shim system -- I simply do not understand the "wrench is a POS" comment above.
Can't beat the quality/price combination. I will likely pick up another for a suppressed SBR build I have in the works. |

I'm sure they are awesome but aesthetically they don't appeal to me. Not sure what it is about the design just looks very plain Jane. I'm a Midwest industries guy Love my MI rails.... I bought my 10" for my "cheap as can possibly be" build......but its a nice fucking rail lol |
