| This is probably a dumb ass question but how do you decide which rail you want on an AR? What do you go by as far as looks, length or anything else? |

Going to be different for everyone. For some it's weight, looks, materials, etc etc.Next there is the keymod, mlok or railed handguard argument. I prefer mlok.
I know the BCM KMR rails are VERY popular but I just unloaded my 13 inch KMR because I have some wrist injuries and wrapping my hand (thumbs up grip) around the thin diameter KMR was not comfortable. I went to a full railed Centurion C4 rail and it's much more comfortable for me. But there are SOOOOOO many rails out there right now, you could go mad trying to find review or comments on all of them. Best of luck on your decision! |
