| So im looking at purchasing the firefield drop-in handguard. It states that it is for carbine, but has a length of 12in. If i put a low profile gas block on my ar will it work? I just have some confusion as to how it will mount. I understand how a regular carbine length two piece would work, but this is a 12in two piece that specifically says its carbine length not mid-length. Any info or help guys and gals? |
| Thanks for the clarification on length. I was thinking the product was listed wrong. Its pretty common on that site. I would like a forearm that extends past my gas block but i dont know of any way to do it without freefloat. Is there? Also is there agood site to get AR build parts on a budget? Thanks for any info. |
