I run a A5 extension and A5 buffer on a MK 12 mod 0..........

Anyone use the Tubbs Flat Wire CS buffer spring?

I'm using a jp tuned spring in my a5 on a middy barrel. It runs smooth as butter. I can't vouch for the tubbs but it's a bit stronger from what I've heard. I faced the same decision and went with the jp. Certainly don't regret it.

I went with the Tubbs CS flat wire in my A5 extension on the MK 12 ..........very smooth and very happy.

Tubbs CS Buffer spring Weaker on the rebound and stronger on going back to battery.........very nice in rifle length extension.

I can tell a little difference between it and Sprinco CS buffer rifle spring Green that I was using....which also was good. I will stick with Tubbs spring in my A5 setup.

I have the Tubbs flat wire spring and A5 buffer and receiver extension for my LMT MWS with rifle length gas system and Surefire brake. The combo makes for a soft shooting .308 AR.

I'm building a SPR paired with a LMT lower. It should be a tame rifle already, but I have another lower with the A5 buffer system that I can try out.

I assume you went with the JP rifle and not the carbine spring?
